Dalkey village / Coliemore Road. DART to Dalkey, then a walk down to the harbour. Parking is tight; do not block residents or slip access. Bullock Harbour nearby is a separate small-boat launch, not a primary shore catalogue mark here.

Dublin Port reference (Dún Laoghaire +0 min). Small harbour: mid water through high is the practical shore window; low water exposes awkward rock.
Safety
Slippery harbour steps, boat traffic, and strong streams in Dalkey Sound. We do not recommend private or closed foreshore climbs around Vico. No charter product claims.
